Apple Blossom Festival

Reminder that the Library will be closed on May 18th for the Williamson Apple Blossom Festival. Look for our float in the 54th Apple Blossom Parade starting at 3 pm on Saturday.  In addition to celebrating 100 years of library service to the Williamson Community the float will also feature a guest appearance by the Pioneer Library System mascot Booker B. OWWL.

Bring your eReader or try out a Kindle, Nook or iPad. Your instructorsChris Finger and Wendy Freier from the Geneva Public Library will demonstrate how to use OWWL2GO to download eBooks for free via the library. If you are in the market for an eReader try out some popular models.

Free BIG screen movie showing!

Morning Stories and Mrs. Kay's Corner

Mondays -- Stories and Mrs. Kay's Corner  -- The Fun Begins at 10:30.
Miss Jennie reads favorite stories at 10:30 to kids ages 2- 5 years old with their adult story partner.  Then Mrs. Kay's Corner meets from 10:45 to 11:30 for songs, crafts and lots of fun with friends!
Registration is not required, but attendance is limited and parents must remain in the building.

"In Stitches"


Do you knit, crochet, or enjoy another needle art?

"In Stitches" is the place for you!
Bring your projects to the library for some uninterrupted craft time and friendly conversation.

If you get stuck, experienced crafter Kristen will be on hand to help you out of a jam.

No registration or commitment is necessary. Just bring those works-in-progress to the Williamson Public Library, and join us for an hour of friends and fun.

There are never fines charged for the times that the library is closed. If you don't want to venture out but the library is still open, feel free to call to renew your materials or go to http://owwl.org to renew online.
